Attorney Pamela Y. Price founded Price And Associates in June 1991 with a vision to establish a minority- and woman-owned litigation Firm in Oakland, California, specializing in civil rights, real estate and legal malpractice defense. In the 19 years since its inception, the Firm has evolved into a premier civil rights practice with a wealth of experience in federal court litigation.

By providing access to justice, the Firm strives to bring hope to those who have been denied equal opportunities. The Firm includes a diverse team of legal professionals, including attorneys, office assistants, an office administrator, a receptionist, file clerks and legal secretaries.

The Firm handles a wide variety of cases in the areas of civil rights, including attorney fee petitions; real estate and commercial litigation. The Firm has extensive experience in all aspects of complex civil cases, including pleadings, discovery, and trial. The Firm has become known for its involvement in several high-profile sexual harassment and racial discrimination cases.

The Firm is a proud citizen of the San Francisco Bay Area, participating in social events and contributing financial support to a variety of organizations, including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training, Girls 2000, Covenant House, Equal Rights Advocates, Equal Justice Society, Friends Foundation, the San Francisco Lawyer’s Committee For Civil Rights, Family Violence Law Center, Students Run Oakland, and the Legal Aid Society - Employment Law Center.

The Firm is celebrating its nineteenth year in operation.
