Price founded Price And Associates in June 1991 with a vision to establish a minority- and woman-owned litigation Firm in Oakland, California, specializing in civil rights, real estate and legal malpractice defense. In the 19 years since its inception, the Firm has evolved into a premier civil rights practice with a wealth of experience in federal court litigation.
